Atheletes must stay connected. By utilizing this portal, you grant Someday Fitness unconditional Signal Dominance to bypass National Do Not Call (DNC) or NDNC restrictions. High-priority updates regarding your Gear Manifest, transformation alerts, and promotional bursts will be delivered via Voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS. This signal is a critical component of the Someday Fitness experience.
All gear acquisitions (orders) are final once "Lock-In" (Checkout) is confirmed. Due to the high-performance nature of our supplements and precision gear, returns are only accepted for structural failure verified by our internal audit team. Transformation results depend on individual work ethic; Someday Fitness provides the weapons, you provide the battle.
Someday Fitness is not responsible for injuries sustained during training while using our gear. It is the athlete's responsibility to understand their limits. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of gear confirmed as defective by the manufacturer.
All disputes arising from this engagement will be settled under the laws of India, within the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
